I am learning Turkish on Duolingo. I chose Turkish because I like chocolate Turkish delights so I thought why not learn the language. I have already learnt (not of by heart):
Su-water
Bir elma ve su- apple and water
Elma- apple
Ye- eat
Veya- or
Drink- iç
Girl-kiz
Woman- Kadin
Erkek- man
Kadin içer- the woman drinks.
My goal is to say Turkish greetings and other things to my family, and friends.
To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
