Stars

Stars 🌟
Today I'm writing a blog about stars.
I'm writing about stars because I want to learn more about them and I think they look pretty cool.
I learnt that most stars we see are bigger than the sun (some are as big), stars do not twinkle, stars can be different colours like red, white and blue even. The sun is even a star! Life depends on the stars because the sun's rays provide and store energy for plants while releasing  oxygen into our atmosphere.
Thanks for reading my research about stars! Maybe you learnt something else about stars from my post or maybe you already knew.
Do you look at stars from your home?

  1. Hi Ava. You've found some good information about stars. I didn't realise they could be red, white and blue. I do look at the stars from home sometimes on a clear night. Do you know the name of the biggest star?

  3. Hi Ava, I love looking at stars. I wonder why stars look so small if they are actually large. I didn't know they were different colours. Thanks for sharing your research. Awesome!

  5. I love lying on my back in my garden and looking at the stars. Did you find out why they are such different colours? Next clear night I'm going to see how many colours I can see. Your information got me thinking about stars and how our sun helps us :>

  6. I have found out why they are different colours actually...
As the light from the stars comes through the earth's atmosphere, they appear to be twinkling. ... This makes the cooler stars appear red and the stars with the higher temperatures appear blue or white. From cool to hot, the colours can appear red, orange, yellow, green and blue.
