Today for Taskmasters we did a string challenge. In my team there was Paige, Tara, Charlie, Connor, Greta, Lucy and me. Our jobs were: we all had turns at being the person who put the ball/egg onto the metal circle apart from me and Tara. All of the rest had to hold the string. We had to use string and a metal circle for the balls and egg to sit in. We also had to work together in our teams to make the ball get into the basket without tumbling over. So first we had to put the ball into the hole, then we had to walk slowly and try to get it in the basket. If the object fell then we had to go back to the start, if it didn't fall then we dropped it in the basket and tried another object. I feel that my team didn't listen to me when I said "Guys, I think we should when the ball is in fold the string over the top and to the person opposite you." everyone apart from Tara that is. They didn't listen because they were all like"No No No!" cos they thought it was a BAD idea. The part I found challenging was working with my team. I enjoyed it most when we got all the items in. (apart from the soccer ball!)

Hi Ava, working with others can be tricky especially when you don't feel heard. Can you think of a way that you have made your team listen? This is a good description of the task, can you just reread it to make sure that it all makes sense please?
