Making peanut butter cookies.

Today me and my siblings made a double batch of peanut butter cookies.
These are some of the things we did (in photos).

This is the method...

1 cup of peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 tsp of baking soda.

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius

2. Mix all together.
3. Get a baking tray and put baking paper on top.
4. Roll bits of the mixture (as big as you want) into balls.
5. Flatten mixture a tiny bit and put it in the oven for 8 minutes.

Enjoy your cookies!

  1. Ava, those cookies sound delicious. I might have to make some with my kids. Do you think it would matter if I use smooth or crunchy peanut butter? Which did you use?

  2. Hi Ava, your cookies look delicious, I can almost smell them! Can you reread your instructions and number each step? I wonder if you could add in a few more steps to make them more precise?

  3. Bex: it won't make a difference, I used crunchy because we don't like it on toast or sandwiches!!
    Urmi: Ok thank you!
    Thanks for the feedback 😊

  4. Mmm, those cookies look delicious, and probably didn't hang around long...! Maybe we could do some baking this weekend?! Maybe try another recipe, since it looks like you've got that one nailed!!
