Today at tech for cooking we made 'muffins'. They were more like cheese scones in a muffin case though.
The ingredients we used were:
Vegetable oil
Cheese
Flour
milk
egg
baking powder
baking soda
We put them in the oven for 25 minutes or until they were perfectly golden, and then made sure they were fully cooked by inserting a skewer to the largest 'muffin'. We then got a paper bag and put all three 'muffins' into it. I took a bite out of one of mine and I almost spat it out it was disgusting. I would definitely not make them again.
